If you require expedited service, please inquire via message first.** **Product Details** Mug Care Instructions: ● Made in Taiwan, capacity 320CC, dimensions: height 98mm, diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks, slight variations in curvature, and unavoidable bubbles along the edges are normal during the ceramic firing process and are not grounds for return or exchange. ● When washing, please refrain from using abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these can scratch and damage the surface coating. Coaster Care Instructions: ● Ceramic coasters are fired at high temperatures. Inclusions or small indentations that occur during the firing process are normal. ● Coasters may have minor surface scratches or dust. The quality of the blank material can vary by approximately 10% per batch. The ink absorption rate in the pores of the coaster varies; particularly with pink or dark background designs, uneven color density and cloudy spots may appear. These conditions are considered normal and not defects. Please consider carefully before ordering if you are a perfectionist. ● Each set of coasters comes in a paper box. The non-slip pads are applied by hand and may occasionally be slightly off-center. Product images are composite mock-ups for reference only. Actual finished product colors and proportions may vary slightly; the actual finished product will prevail. This is a customized product. Production time begins the day after payment is completed and requires 10-15 days (excluding holidays). As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. All products in our store are custom-made. Production will commence only after full payment. Once production begins, modifications or returns/exchanges are not possible.
