【Workshop(s)】Mizuhiki Cat knot and Mascot cat paper charm Key ring Workshop

Mizuhiki is a traditional Japanese paper string. I think the colors of the strings I use are the most Beautiful in Japan. Mizuhiki knots are known to bring us good fortune in Japan. Even people who are not used to mizuhiki can participate. You can choose your favorite it. Arrange the plum knot to make it a cat shape. We made the Japanese paper with the mascot cat drawn on it. (We make Japanese paper using the traditional way.) You can choose your favorite design. This cat, or the maneki-neko (lucky cat), brings good luck to the owner. Cats raising their right hand are said to carry money. Cats raising their left hand are said to attract people. We have many washi papers with cute maneki-neko drawn on them. I have a cat (calico cat) in my shop. Her name is "Kami". She is the store's mascot cat. You can participate in the workshop with the mascot cat. I hope you like her too.
