The color lasts longer than normal gold plated product, and it is safe for most people with sensitive skin or allergies. STYLE B: Japanese Gold Plated Clip-on Earring Suitable for customer whose ears are not pierced, and the clip-on earring is specially equipped with transparent pain-relief padding to increase the comfortability. If there are other special needs please feel free to message us~ **☞ PACKAGING** All products are packed in a big / small (depending on the product size) cardboard box with a warranty card and a gift card. **☞ PRE-SHOPPING NOTICE** The products are all hand-made, so every finished product is unique. The shape, size and the color of each piece must not be the same as photos. Color may also differ slightly from photos due to shooting light, different monitor settings and personal perception. Metals will oxidize with time or humidity. The main hardware part of the products is made of brass and normally, it will appear dark bronze color after oxidation. In addition to avoid distortion, please do not place near high temperature and do not pull or squeeze vigorously. The pearls are all natural freshwater pearls, so each is different in color, shape and size. It is inevitable that there will be slight scratches, uneven color, small flaw on the surface, those are normal phenomenon of natural pearls. Products with crystal flowers are fragile, please be careful to avoid heavy pressure and impact. It is inevitable that there will be some small defects (e.g. air bubbles or residual glue) as it is hand-made products, please kindly understand. Please do not purchase or message us for details first if you are very concerned with above. **☞ PRODUCTS MAINTENANCE** Try to avoid touching water or liquid when wearing; wipe off the dust and sweat stains after wearing, keep it dry, and put it back in the box to isolate the air. If the brass is inadvertently oxidized (turned back or green), it may be wiped with gold polishing cloth carefully to return to copper golden lustre (must not use on the gold-plated part). Pearls or semi-precious stones should be wiped with a dry soft cloth and should not be cleaned with detergent. If crystal flowers are dirty, please use a damp cloth (wet with water) and gently wipe it with fingertips. **☞ AFTER SALES SERVICE** All products are **warranted for 6 months from the date of delivery (shipping costs shall be borne by customers)**. Warranty covers the repairs for metal hardware or copper wire / thread, and customers can enjoy free re-polishing service once within the warranty period.If the product was damaged by human factors, misuse or collision, some extra costs will be charged according to the condition of the product. Products will be inspected carefully before shipping, replacement is only limited to shipping errors or discovering severe breakage when receiving the products. To return the products, please contact us **within 7 days after arrival**, meanwhile they must be kept new, well-packaged, must not be worn, washed, stained or other processed.
