Chocolaty Blend (Beans 450g) - Coffee - Other Materials

Product Description

**Chocolaty Blend** Roast: Medium-dark and espresso roast Origins: Honduras, Colombia and Indonesia Flavor Profile: Cocoa, nutty, caramel __Why Should I Have This Coffee__ It's one of our popular blends and used by our restaurant clients. The flavor of this blend is dominated by nuts and chocolate. Though it was roasted to medium-dark, it still holds a smoothing mouthfeel and has a round body. It also fits milk and plant milk if you want to have a flat white or cappuccino. Suits those who want to try something classic and look for something to use at shop. __How Could I Brew A Delicious ISA Coffee at Home__ The video illustrates how we make pour-over at the cafe. English subtitle is available! https://youtu.be/UzE3JVGu8qc **Pour-over** Grind 15g coffee and pour 90℃ fresh water for 240g into it. **Drip Coffee** Tear out the fabric bag along the cutting line. Leave it properly on your mug with the paper hand fixed on the rim. Then pour the 90℃ water into the ground coffee for approximately 150 to 180g. **Aeropress** Dose 20g ground coffee into the lower part of Aeropress. Fill it with 85℃ water and agitate it gently. Then seal it with the black lid. Switch it and press it on your mug. Press it slowly for 30 seconds. **Batch Brewer** Dose 40g ground coffee and fill 700g water. Brew it! **Cold Brew** Dose 20g ground coffee and fill 240g tap water. Immerse it for 10 minutes. Then filter the coffee out and place it in the fridge for 2 hours. When having it, add some ice to make it even nicer and chiller. __Who Selects And Roasts Your Coffee__ **Alvin Tseng** 2020 Judge of National Green Coffee Evaluation in Taiwan 2020 Judge of Regional Green Coffee Evaluation in Changhua, Taiwan 2020 Judge of Regional Green Coffee Evaluation in Taichung, Taiwan 2019 7th Prize of WCE Cup Taster Championship in Berlin 2019 Champion of WCE Taiwan Cup Taster Championship 2019 Judge of WCE Taiwan Coffee Roast Competition 2018 Judge of WCE Taiwan Coffee Roast Competition CQI Licensed Q Grader SCA Roasting Beginner and Intermediate Certificated
