As these are custom-made items, they are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period regulation. All sales are final; returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to personal reasons such as dislike, screen color differences, or incorrect size measurements. _Each exclusive custom piece is unique and handcrafted. After placing your order, please allow approximately 7-14 days for creation. We will ship promptly once completed. _Every pair of press-on nails is hand-painted. The patterns and gradients may not be 100% identical; please purchase only if you accept this. _Please accurately measure your bare nail dimensions. A margin of error up to 2mm is acceptable for wear. _Nail width, curvature, and length are fixed; we do not offer services to modify the nail pieces. _Transparent or semi-transparent styles may slightly reveal the jelly stickers and the numbers beneath the nail pieces. _To protect both parties' interests, please record a video of the entire unboxing process. We cannot process claims based solely on photos. _Each set includes a complimentary tool kit: 24 jelly stickers x1, cuticle pusher x1, nail file x1, and alcohol pad x1. After application, avoid contact with water or alcohol for 1-2 hours. During daily wear, please also avoid contact with chemical agents and prolonged exposure to water, as this will affect durability. _Press-on nails are a form of accessory. Depending on individual usage habits, they typically last 3-7 days. Extended wear is not recommended. As hands frequently come into contact with water, prolonged moisture trapped between the nail and adhesive can lead to fungal growth on the natural nail, which is not worth the risk. **✦ Measuring Your Nails ✦** Each person's nail size varies. When selecting nail pieces, if an exact size is unavailable, please choose one within a 1-2mm difference. Prepare a measuring tape or a flexible ruler.
