1. An "Electronic Ticket Notification" will be sent via the system after your order is placed.
2. If you have selected a laser-engraved style and have finalized your engraving content, please include these details in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Registration is only confirmed after our store staff at your chosen location contacts you to verify the appointment date and seat availability.
4. As materials need to be prepared after payment, please book your session at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio issues standard receipts. If you require a tax ID number on your invoice, please provide your company title and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class suspension due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a rescheduling or refund.
