If the item is returned to Thailand due to the storage period expiring because of your absence at the time of delivery, the return shipping fee will be at your expense. Therefore, weaving, stitching, colors, and patterns may not be uniform, unlike mass-produced items. Furthermore, the dyeing, weaving, embroidery, and sewing techniques of the Karen people are traditionally passed down as household crafts, rooted in daily life. They differ from professional techniques. While we strive for accuracy, our products may not be perfect, unlike mass-produced or professionally made items. [Care for plant-dyed and handwoven products] Plant-dyed products are less resistant to washing and sunlight compared to chemical dyes, and their colors will change with use. Please pay attention to the following points when caring for and using them. Color transfer or fading may occur due to friction or moisture. Be mindful of color transfer when wearing or using light-colored clothing or bags. Using dark-colored clothing or bags together may make color transfer less noticeable. Darker colors are more prone to fading, so we recommend washing them once before wearing. When washing, we recommend hand washing separately from other clothes. If using a washing machine, use a neutral detergent, place the item in a laundry net, and wash on a gentle cycle separately from other clothes. However, machine washing may accelerate fabric damage and color fading. Avoid using a dryer and dry in the shade. *About sizing starch: For fabric products, rice-based sizing starch may be used for the yarn. The starch will usually wash out after about two washes.
