Will they cause allergies? A: Our earring hooks and posts are typically made of "Japanese pure copper," which differs from the nickel-chromium alloys commonly found in mass-produced jewelry. Due to the absence of nickel in both the material and plating, there should be no issues with allergies. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still experience an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you still experience an allergic reaction, it may be due to one of the following: 1. Personal hygiene issues (failure to sanitize before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual sensitivity (acidic perspiration, skin, or blood cells may react to metal ions, causing redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear sensitivity, and it is rarely solely due to the earring hook material. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital for a definitive diagnosis, which can clarify the cause and protect both parties' rights. Since we began crafting accessories in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions to date. Can they be converted later? What is the cost? A: Yes, they can be converted 😊 We offer basic after-sales service. Is it truly made of paper, or is it acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Current technology does not allow for such intricate designs to be made from acrylic. Our pieces are all handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue to the paper after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for daily wear (meaning you don't need to worry about humidity, rain, or sweat). However, we recommend removing them for activities such as showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does it take to ship after placing an order? A: We craft and ship orders from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays (as we may be at pop-up stalls). As we participate in markets and other events, and considering postal services do not operate on weekends, all our items are shipped between Monday and Friday.
