・After paying the tuition fee, please contact us to agree on a class date. (If you need to change the class date, please inform us 5 days before the event. You can only change the date once.)
・You can apply for a refund seven days before the course start date. The refund will be subject to the deduction of purchased textbooks and material fees, and the refund will be made after deducting the transfer fee. Please note.
・After the course starts, no refunds will be accepted for any reason. Please think carefully before signing up.

・In order to protect and respect the copyright of lecturers, photography, audio and video recording in any form by non-staff members is not allowed. However, students can take pictures of their own works.

｜Online courses｜
・If you choose an online video course, after successful registration, the teacher will send you a video conference notification link before the course starts.
・Please download the teaching software before the start of the course and keep the Internet smooth.
・For online video courses, there is no discount on the teaching content. We will send you a material package before the course starts.
・Please come online on time at the appointed time. If you have any questions, ask them at any time. The teacher will answer them for you. You don’t have to be in contact with others, so you can study with peace of mind!
｜How to receive the material package｜
・Home delivery or supermarket delivery: It will be sent to the default delivery address you filled in the registration form or on the Pinkoi system. Please confirm whether the delivery address is correct!
・It takes about 7 days to prepare the material package for the experience. Due to the uncertainty of the recent epidemic, the receipt time is still based on actual logistics arrangements.
・The trial price includes the shipping fee for sending the material package.
