**| Online Class |**
・If you choose an online video class, after successful registration, the instructor will send you a video conference invitation link before the class begins.
・Please download the required teaching software before the class starts and ensure a stable internet connection.
・For online video classes, the teaching content is not compromised. We will mail you a material kit before the class begins.
・Please be online on time at the scheduled time. Feel free to ask any questions; the instructor will assist you. No need to make contact with others; learn with peace of mind!
**| How to Receive Your Material Kit |**
・Home Delivery or Convenience Store Pickup: It will be sent to the default shipping address you provided on the registration form or through the Pinkoi system. Please ensure your shipping address is correct!
・The preparation time for the experience kit is approximately 7 days. Due to recent uncertainties with the pandemic, the delivery time will depend on actual logistics arrangements.
・The experience price includes the shipping fee for the material kit.
**| Important Notes |**
・After payment of tuition fees, please contact us to schedule your class date. (If you need to change your class date, please inform us at least 5 days before the event. Date changes are limited to one revision.)
・Refunds can be requested up to seven days before the class starts. Deductions will be made for the cost of purchased textbooks and materials, as well as bank transfer fees, before the refund is issued. Please take note.
・No refunds will be accepted for any reason after the class has begun. Please consider carefully before registering.
・The organizer reserves the right to make the final decision. In the event of any disputes arising from refunds, the organizer reserves the right to refuse any refund requests and the final decision.
・To maintain and respect the instructor's intellectual property rights, photography, audio recording, and video recording by non-staff personnel in any form are not permitted. However, students may photograph their own work.
・Please refrain from behavior that may make other students uncomfortable or constitute harassment.
・Invoices are not issued for this course.
