1. Upon purchase, a "Digital Ticket Notification Email" will be sent by the system.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving content in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming the text.
3. Your booking is complete only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and availability.
4. As materials are prepared after order placement and payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a uniform invoice receipt. If you require a company-headed invoice with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. No refunds will be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
