It’s perfect for preparing traditional matcha tea, yet its unique design also makes it ideal for creating matcha lattes. The bowl features a ridged inner surface and comes with a wooden muddler (complete with a suede leather strap). This allows you to gently grind sugar and matcha powder together to form the perfect base for a smooth, café-style latte. ✅Basic Recipe for Matcha Latte: Add 4g of matcha and 8g of sugar to the bowl and crush with the muddler. Add approx. 25ml of hot water and whisk gently. Pour steamed milk to fill the bowl and sprinkle with matcha powder. Available in 4 colours, each sold separately.
