※To ensure service quality, late arrivals exceeding 20 minutes will not be admitted and are non-refundable.
※Please avoid wearing high-neck clothing, remove earrings, and come with a bare face for the assessment.
※Glasses should be removed for the test; contact lenses are recommended for those with nearsightedness.
※Makeup removal supplies are available at the studio for those who typically wear makeup.
※In case of natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or issue a refund.
※As this is a one-on-one service, cancellations on the day of the appointment are non-refundable.
※Rescheduling requests must be made at least three days in advance.
