We hope you'll grow to understand their preferences. **| Delivery Methods |** ・Fresh floral gifts are available for in-studio pickup, courier, and refrigerated delivery. ・Pickup is available at our Nanjing Fuxing studio at no additional charge. Please message us to reserve a pickup time slot in advance. ・For deliveries within the Greater Taipei area, please select **Lalamove courier**, which allows for delivery on a specified date and time. ・For other cities and counties, please select **refrigerated delivery**. Delivery dates and times can be specified during non-peak seasons. ・For specified delivery dates, refrigerated delivery shipments will be sent 1-2 days in advance. Logistics services do not operate on Sundays. ***There is a risk of damage during transit for deliveries outside of Taipei. If there are logistics delays or rough handling during delivery, the floral gift may be damaged. Please message us with the card content. Messages up to 20 characters will be handwritten; messages between 21-50 characters or for opening ceremonies will be printed. ・Due to the nature of fresh floral products, materials need to be prepared in advance for production. Therefore, cancellations for general orders are eligible for a full refund if made 5 business days prior to the scheduled delivery date (excluding the delivery date itself). Cancellations made within 5 business days will be refunded at 30%. Pre-order items cannot be canceled after 24:00 on the pre-order closing date. ・For custom requests regarding packaging or card color schemes, please message us after placing your order. If we do not hear from you, the designer will make the selection. ・All floral ingredients are natural plants, and their forms may vary. During arrangement, adjustments will be made based on the actual available flowers and will not be identical to the photo. ・Floral ingredients are seasonal. If a specific flower is temporarily out of stock or not in good condition, it will be replaced with a material of similar aesthetic effect. ・You may request a photo of the completed gift before delivery for confirmation. After receiving the photo, please confirm within 3 hours to avoid delivery delays. ・Completion photos are for verifying the ordered item. Except for issues such as wilting or bruising of flowers, we do not offer replacements of floral ingredients, changes in placement, vases, card colors, or packaging color schemes. Any temporary changes requested will incur additional charges for floral materials or packaging materials and may risk delaying the delivery. **| Floral Gift Care |** ・The lifespan of fresh flowers varies by species, care method, and placement environment, typically lasting 3-7 days. ・Upon receiving the bouquet, we recommend removing the packaging as soon as possible, placing it in a vase, and positioning it in a cool, well-ventilated area. Cleaning the stems and trimming 2-3 cm every 1-2 days, along with changing the water, can extend the viewing period of fresh flowers. ・For tabletop arrangements, gift boxes, and basket arrangements, we recommend removing the packaging upon receipt. Gently part the leaves from the back of the arrangement or the edge of the planter and add water until it reaches 3-4 cm below the rim of the container. Subsequently, replenish water to the same level every 1-2 days. ・Hot and direct sunlight environments will shorten the lifespan of fresh flowers. If the indoor temperature is high, it is recommended to increase the frequency of water changes for bouquets. For tabletop arrangements, adding 1 drop of bleach to the water can help reduce the proliferation of microorganisms.
