**How to Customize Your Flower Card** **1** Purchase Quantity: > 10+ Cards: Enjoy free custom text. > Fewer than 10 cards: No custom text. **2** Custom Text (For 10+ Cards): >Provide your text (up to 15 characters) in the order notes. **3** Bouquet Color / Theme: >Mixed Flower: Let us surprise you. >Specific Colour or Theme: Specify your preferences (e.g., birthday, wedding) in the order notes. ** All bouquets are created by seasonal flowers. NOT allowed to require specific flowers. **Each flower is unique from nature. So each petal, shape, colour, etc. is unique, it can't be 100% the same as the picture. **All Colours may be slightly different from any digital screens. But we can guarantee that all photos are taken with DSLR cameras and without any filters. **All orders are non-refundable. Unless your item arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong item. If there is any damage to your order, please contact us immediately. Also, orders will be fulfilled within 2-7 business days.
