The beautiful safflower-dyed red instantly catches the eye in this gorgeous design.
These accessories are created by carefully unraveling vintage kimonos and applying the traditional Tsumami Zaiku technique.
We meticulously cut the unraveled kimono fabric and use tweezers to handcraft each individual petal with the utmost care.
Inspired by the "Gazania" flower, this piece is made from a safflower-dyed long undergarment (Nagajuban) originally used for Furisode kimonos. The center of the flower is intricately woven from silk threads.
* The earring posts are made of surgical stainless steel.
* Resin posts and clip-on options are also available. If you wish to change the hardware, please indicate your preference in the remarks column when purchasing.
