Bracelet with Vintage Mandarin-Shaped Carnelian, Cobalt Blue Beads, Old Orissa Brass, and Coin Charm

This bracelet is crafted by connecting vintage mandarin-shaped carnelian, cobalt blue beads, old Orissa brass, and a coin charm. The charming, grooved mandarin-shaped carnelian beads are vintage Chinese glass. This particular shape of glass bead can be found in Japanese Edo-dama (Wadama), as well as in China and among the Naga people. These carnelian beads have a lovely, rounded shape and are in excellent condition. It appears they were handcrafted, which lends a unique charm to the slight randomness in the width of their grooves. Their color variation and translucence when held to the light create a beautiful, warm feel. The beads on either side vary slightly in size. (Carnelian bead size: 0.9cm length, 0.9cm diameter) The cobalt blue beads are antique Venetian beads. They are lustrous, vibrantly colored, and possess a captivating beauty. The unique shape of each individual bead adds to their character. Some exhibit small white areas. The beads with a dull golden hue are old Orissa brass from India. These old brass beads are quite rare and difficult to find nowadays! The coin on the clasp features intricate patterns, possibly in Hindi, and motifs reminiscent of the Charminar monument in India, suggesting its origin.
