Kiln firing takes about a week or more from firing to taking out the kiln. The taste that resides in each pottery is truly exceptional, and it speaks to the power of flame and the steady efforts and experience of the people who bring it out. In addition, the straw ash glaze used is the pottery's original glaze. It seems that he makes his own glaze by baking the rice straw after the harvest every year, and when I first heard about it, I nodded deeply in my heart, wondering if that's where the flavor comes from. .
