▶ Ticket Policy
1. Upon ordering, a "Digital Ticket Notification Email" will be sent.
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field once confirmed.
3. Your booking is complete only after a store representative from the experience location contacts you to confirm the appointment date and availability.
4. Materials are prepared after order payment, so please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If a company-specific invoice is required, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, rescheduling or refunds will be arranged proactively.
