Experience Registration Notes: To ensure activity quality and protect your rights, please read the following information carefully. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. After completing your work, please bring your own bag to carry it. In line with environmental protection, our store does not provide bags. If you require a paper bag, there is an on-site purchase fee of NT$10-15 per bag.
2. Weather Impact: In case of unpredictable natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or change the experience content.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 72 hours before the activity will incur a 20% fee for the loss of the activity slot. Cancellations on the day of the activity are non-refundable (if there are unavoidable reasons with supporting documentation, rescheduling or a full refund may be accepted).
4. If you are unable to arrive at your reserved time on the day of the activity, you may call us at (02-23082005) to inquire about other available times that day. If you do not arrive, it will be considered as completing the activity, and no refund will be issued!
5. Each participant is allowed a maximum of one accompanying person. If the number of companions exceeds the number of participants, the organizer may charge a venue fee (please indicate the number of accompanying persons in the order remarks for seating arrangements).
