Note) This is a made-to-order item. The NEIGHBOR+NECK is made with our original quilted material. We've sandwiched cotton batting between two layers of #11 canvas and applied original quilting stitches. This mini size comfortably fits a wallet and a mobile phone. The shoulder strap length is adjustable with an aluminum adjuster. If you remove the paracord, it can also be used as a mini paper bag-style tote. The paracord is available in seven color options. *From the right in the image: Olive Drab, Yellow, Green, Red, Camouflage, Beige, Gray. A wooden base plate is included.
