Okunoshima, Japan, commonly known as Rabbit Island,
was once a base for a poison gas factory during wartime.
Later, due to human introduction, it has become a gentle island filled with rabbits.
You can encounter these beautiful creatures whether among the remnants of gun emplacements, on the beach, or along forest paths.
The vibrant life force has not only given this island a new beginning but also healed our hearts.
