Session A: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Session B: 1:30 PM - 6:30 PM
(Each session includes a 30-minute buffer for finishing touches)

Inform us of your name, registration date, and session choice to receive the color chart and allow us to prepare your materials in advance.
* To ensure teaching quality, the studio is accessible only to registered participants. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent unnecessary waiting.
(Participants aged 10-14 require one parent or guardian to accompany and assist throughout the crafting process; no additional fee is charged for co-creation.)
* To maintain the quality of instruction for all participants, latecomers will not receive individual explanations. Please do not be late, as it may disrupt the class for others. To safeguard the rights of other students, entry will be denied for those arriving more than 10 minutes late. Rescheduling will be necessary.
* Food and drinks are prohibited in the studio. Covered beverages are permitted, but please be mindful to avoid spills.
* The workshop will be filmed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform a staff member on-site so we can avoid capturing your image. By not informing us, you consent to Dottie Studio using images and footage of you and your creations.
* The studio operates by appointment only. Once a course is booked, cancellations, refunds, and same-day rescheduling are not permitted. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is allowed once within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Weather conditions: Government-issued closures or cancellations for the local area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances: Such as personal illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed.
