* After registering, please add our official Line: @ado_studio and provide your name, course date, and class time to request a color card, allowing us to prepare materials in advance.
* To ensure the quality of instruction, the studio is open only to registered participants. Doors open 5 minutes before the start of the course; please do not arrive early to avoid a long wait.
(Participants aged 10-15 must be accompanied by one parent throughout the session; no extra fee for co-creation.)
* For the benefit of all students, the instructor cannot pause the course to re-explain materials to latecomers. Please do not be late. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will not be admitted to the studio, and you will need to reschedule.
* Eating is prohibited in the studio, but beverages and small snacks are allowed. We also provide snacks to help you keep your energy up.
* The course will be filmed for brand marketing materials. If you do not wish to be on camera, please notify our staff on-site to be excluded from filming. By not notifying us, you consent to Dottie Studio using images and videos featuring your likeness and work.
* The studio operates by appointment only. Once a course is booked, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, and last-minute changes on the day of the course are not permitted. You may reschedule or transfer your booking once (within a two-month period) in the following situations:
1. Weather factors leading to government-announced office/school closures in the area.
2. Unexpected circumstances, such as power outages or equipment failure preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances: physical illness or traffic accidents can be discussed.
