Morgiana
A single drop of Kingman turquoise, making its debut.
Kingman turquoise is sourced from one of the largest turquoise mines in the United States, located in the Mineral Park district.
While the quality and price of turquoise can vary based on its matrix, or the way the host rock is included, this piece is considered a fine example from the Kingman region, which is known for its matrix-rich stones. It boasts exceptionally vivid color and very few inclusions. The blue hue is truly captivating!
Not only does its color uplift the spirit, but when incorporated into an outfit, it creates a striking contrast and imparts an air of sophistication.
While turquoise with abundant matrix has a wild charm, this bright, high-grade turquoise with less host rock offers an unparalleled sense of luxury. Perfect for summer wear!

Turquoise. An opaque mineral with a complex composition, ranging in color from blue to green.
It has been used for adornment since ancient times. Mentioned as "callais" in Pliny the Elder's "Natural History." During the Crusades, stones unearthed in the deserts around the Atlas Mountains spread to Europe via trade routes through Turkey, hence its name, "stone of Turkey." Historical records indicate its use as adornment by rulers in ancient Egypt, Aztec, Persian, Mesopotamian, Indus Valley civilizations, Native Americans, and ancient Chinese rulers since at least the Yin Dynasty. There's also a well-known legend that receiving turquoise from someone can bring good fortune. Kingman turquoise is mined as a byproduct of a copper mine of the same name, but it is reportedly extracted from the Turquoise Mountain mine, a dedicated turquoise shaft separate from the copper mine, due to the owner's circumstances.
