We cherish its relaxed, natural texture that allows you to enjoy "aging" rather than "deterioration." Because our fabric is woven on shuttle looms over 100 years old in Kurashiki, occasional "weaving flaws" may appear, which can look like small "frays." While these are unavoidable with the use of vintage machinery, we maintain rigorous quality control at our factory. We also make every effort to avoid these flaws during fabric cutting and, if found, use them in less conspicuous areas. However, due to the nature of the machinery, eliminating them completely is not possible.
