❶ The lunch boxes are cleaned by professional equipment after production. Before the first use, you only need to clean them with a neutral detergent.
❷ Please use a soft sponge to clean, do not use a sponge or steel brush to avoid scratching the surface
❸The Silicone strap is heat-resistant up to 200°C. It does not need to be removed when the rice cooker is heated. Please place it on the steaming rack to avoid direct contact with the heating plate.
❹ Rainbow patterns may appear on the surface of Stainless Steel after use. This is a normal phenomenon due to the precipitation of starch and minerals. Even if it is not removed, it will not affect the use. If it needs to be removed, apply white vinegar and let it stand for a few minutes, then clean it with a sponge.
