Attention to detail
When I first learned about Amabie, a monster that wards off epidemics, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, I imagined a beautiful and sublime figure, thinking how noble it was to disappear after drawing a picture of itself. So I thought of the Mona Lisa, which evokes strong emotions in people, and followed Amabie's scales and three legs, creating a divine Amabie with a collage. The red and white hair is a play on the name sweet shrimp, which has a similar feel to the word.
