Q1: Do I need to make a reservation? A1: Yes, reservations are required. Our workshop space is limited, so we reserve spots for those who have booked and paid in advance. Q2: Can my companion who isn't participating in the workshop come into the store? A2: Due to limited space, each participant must create one item. Companions are welcome to wait in the store or explore the nearby area. Q3: Are the Crystal Tree Balls pre-arranged, or can I choose my own combination? A3: We offer a variety of crystals and minerals to choose from, allowing you to design and arrange your creation. Q4: What if I have a last-minute conflict after booking? Can I change my date and time? A4: For same-day workshops, as materials and seating are prepared in advance, we cannot offer refunds or rescheduling on the day of the class. No-shows will be considered forfeiture. However, if other time slots are available on the same day, we can accommodate a time change. Q5: What if I'm running late? A5: If you are late by 20 minutes without prior notification the day before, and for the sake of other participants' rights, we will consider it a forfeiture of your reservation, and no refund will be issued. Classes start with just one participant and are by appointment only. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step. If a finished product has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased. ● The workshop duration is approximately 1 hour, varying slightly based on the complexity of the chosen design. You can take your creation home the same day. ● Mobile phone tripods are available on-site for recording and photography. ● As the crystal selection area is limited, all participants for a given time slot will select crystals together. If you are concerned about feeling crowded while selecting crystals with others, please book with caution. ● As each time slot is booked, our staff will call you one hour in advance. To protect the rights of all participants, failure to arrive at the correct time without prior notification will be considered a forfeiture of your reservation. ★ During the workshop, please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for equipment operation. Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety. If safety rules are not followed after being advised, you will be responsible for any consequences. ★ In the event of typhoons or other natural disasters on your scheduled workshop day, classes will be suspended in accordance with government regulations for your safety, and a new date will be arranged. ★ If you are unable to attend or need to reschedule after payment, please contact us at least 3 days in advance.
