◯ Once the workshop is confirmed, no refunds will be issued. Please contact us to reschedule if unforeseen circumstances arise. ◯ If you feel unwell on the day of the workshop, please wear a mask or contact the designer to reschedule. ◯ Due to limited space, unregistered friends or pets are not permitted to observe or accompany participants during the workshop. ◯ To ensure a smooth session, please avoid being late. ◯ For the "two people attending together" offer, both participants must attend on the day of the activity. No refunds will be given if only one person attends for any reason. Please contact us proactively to reschedule. ◯ If rescheduling is necessary, please provide notice at least 24 hours in advance. ◯ In the event of natural disasters or other force majeure, the designer will proactively contact you to discuss solutions. ◯ During the workshop, the designer will provide a basket for participants to store personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you at all times. The designer is not responsible for any loss or theft. ◯ Please follow the designer's instructions during the workshop to ensure safety. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of the activity for safety reasons. ◯ The actual duration of the workshop may vary depending on the individual and the chosen design.
