Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique textures and marks from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, shipping, or crafting are also considered normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for significant damage. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can differ between batches due to varying stock and storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors may not be consistent between subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made to order as a "customized product." Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," at the time of order. If no specifications are provided, you agree to the designer's choice of stitching color and a blank embossed area. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" are not eligible for an appreciation period.
