Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, preserving the unique textures and marks from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins – these are not considered defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, shipping, or crafting are also considered normal if the leather surface is not damaged. In our respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) entirely avoid these marks, except for large scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. While the finished product may not possess the perfect uniformity of machine-made items, it carries a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, over time and with use, the leather will develop its own patina, showing scratches and darkening to reveal a unique appearance personalized to the owner. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different production batches or due to storage time. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors from previous orders will not be identical to subsequent ones. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made-to-order as a "customized product." Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text/font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided, it will be assumed that you agree to the designer selecting the stitching color and leaving the embossing area blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (finished products cannot have their stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not come with a 7-day appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (e.g., too loose/tight, rough leather/craftsmanship, inaccurate color, unsatisfactory texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
