Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear posts and hooks are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper" metal. Unlike the common nickel-chromium alloy found in the market, our material and plating do not contain nickel, thus preventing allergic reactions. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still get an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing them, it is most likely due to: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to sanitize before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual constitution (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells that may react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear allergies, and the earring material is rarely the sole cause. We recommend getting an "allergen test" at a hospital for a comprehensive understanding of the issue, which can also protect both parties' rights. Since we started making accessories in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions. Can I wear them while showering? A: Current technology does not allow for the creation of such intricate products with acrylic. These are all handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for daily wear (meaning you don't need to worry about humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them during activities like showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does it take to ship after ordering? A: Monday to Friday (Production & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays (No shipping as we are at markets) We participate in weekend markets and events, and postal services do not operate on weekends. Therefore, all orders are shipped between Monday and Friday.
