Photos: Clear half-body/full-body photos are required. Portrait drafts are created based on photo similarity, so please choose your photos carefully.
Drawing: A draft will be provided after payment confirmation. Minor adjustments are allowed. Redrawing with a new photo or canceling the order after draft confirmation will incur a drafting fee. Additional charges of $100 per image apply for extra illustrations beyond the initial draft.
Draft Fees: If you cancel the order after the draft is provided, design fees will apply: Draft Fee $150, Portrait Design Fee $100 per person.
Engraving: By default, all labels are removed and the front of the bottle is engraved. Engraving a different design on the back incurs an additional $100 fee. Color options include gold/silver. For additional colors, please communicate with us; each extra color will incur an additional $50 fee.
Timeline: Work will be completed 3-5 business days after draft confirmation (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
