Due to variations in leather inventory and natural grain patterns, if a significant flaw is found on the leather or if the material is damaged during production, making a large-panel piece impossible, both parties agree that a full refund will be issued. **/ Vegetable-Tanned Leather /** Our studio exclusively uses Italian/European imported vegetable-tanned leather. Unlike synthetic or patent leathers that appear flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique markings and characteristics of the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, and vein patterns. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scuffs acquired during processing, shipping, or production are also considered normal, as long as the leather surface is not compromised. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these natural marks, except for major damage. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. Additionally, even within the same brand, slight color variations can occur between different batches of leather due to varying stock times and storage conditions. The same hide may also absorb dye differently in various areas due to its natural texture. Therefore, colors from previous orders may not be identical to new ones. Please refer to the actual product for accurate color representation. **/ About Customization /** (No Exchange/Return Period. No Returns/Exchanges) This is a **custom-made order**. Please clearly state your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," in your order notes. If no specific requests are made at checkout, you agree to allow the designer to select the stitching color and to leave the "embossing text" area blank. As each item is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" are not subject to a reflection period and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, perceived roughness in leather/workmanship, color inaccuracies, perceived lack of quality, or not meeting expectations).
