Booking Information- · Suggested minimum age: 12 years old and above. · Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your session begins; the class will start promptly on time. · Check-in opens 10 minutes before the activity. To ensure a smooth experience, late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes will result in cancellation without a refund. · Course time varies depending on the selected item. · If time extends beyond the scheduled duration due to personal requests (modifications, adjustments, remakes), an additional DIY fee of NT$250 will be charged (calculated in 15-minute increments). · Photos taken during the session may be authorized for sharing on the Red Glass community platforms. · For cancellations, please contact us via backend message. · For group bookings of 6 people or more, please contact us via backend message. Activity Changes- · In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule. For typhoons, we will follow the official work/school suspension announcements issued by government agencies. Participants in areas under such announcements should contact us by phone or email to arrange rescheduling. · If participation is canceled due to reasons not attributable to our studio, no refund will be provided. · In case of special emergencies, our studio reserves the right to postpone your class date.
