All jewelry, regardless of material, is sensitive to moisture. Humidity, rain, sweat, perfume, hot springs, and chemical products can severely damage jewelry and cause oxidation, so it should be avoided as much as possible. 2. It is recommended to wear jewelry frequently. Body oils can give jewelry a beautiful, natural luster. 3. Jewelry can react with sulfur dioxide in the air over time, causing it to tarnish or turn black. You can gently brush the surface with a damp soft-bristled toothbrush and toothpaste or polishing powder, or use a polishing cloth to restore its original metallic luster. 4. If the jewelry has undergone a special oxidation treatment, avoid excessive wiping to preserve the design effect. 5. If you are concerned about the chemical agents in polishing cloths causing skin allergies, rinse the jewelry with clean water and dry it before wearing. 6. Natural stones, crystals, and pearls can be washed with clean water and then wiped with a soft cloth. 7. When not worn, clean the jewelry and store it in a sealed bag to slow down oxidation. 8. Do not store different pieces of jewelry together in the same box, as their varying hardness can cause them to scratch each other and lead to wear. 9. Never use any other tools to clean your jewelry, as they can leave scratches on the surface. If a brush is necessary, use a clean or very soft brush to clean your jewelry.
