[Custom Order: Mobe]
The custom order process is as follows:
1. Please contact us directly with photos of the pet you wish to have made. Provide one main pose for us to create a quote.
2. Once the quote is confirmed, please provide more photos from different angles for color reference.
4. Await the completion of the colored model. We will send photos for you to confirm if any color adjustments are needed.
5. After completion, a glossy varnish will be applied, and we will take studio photos.
6. We will create a custom order for you. Please place your order according to the quoted price and fill in the shipping information.
7. Shipping!
The models are typically slightly larger than standard capsule toys, but you can also discuss your desired size with us.
Handmade items require time. If you need an expedited order, please purchase the expedited service add-on, and we will ship within seven days.
