Born in 1983 in Hsinchu, Taiwan, with a background in craft design. He wandered the streets of Japan, experiencing how wooden art infused old alleyways with warm, profound vitality. These objects, like fragments of time, bearing the marks of history and the contours of the future, seek a subtle balance between contrast and harmony, transforming into delicate works that closely connect the vision of the new generation with the simplicity of the old era. Agarwood, once ground into powder for appreciation, was solemnly placed in the most auspicious location in Japanese homes, symbolizing vitality and light.
Agarwood, sourced from its origin, is pure and flawless, untouched by artificial processes like boiling glue, drawing lines, or using fragrances. It presents itself in its most primitive form, using ancient aromatic techniques, where craftsmen meticulously peel away the outer layer of deadwood by hand, revealing the true soul of agarwood. This not only imbues it with eternal vitality but also allows tradition and modern craftsmanship to subtly intertwine at your fingertips, creating a feast for the eyes and the senses. Its rich aroma is like solidified time, gently drawing together past memories and future aspirations, allowing them to meet and resonate within the fragrance, lingering endlessly, distant and profound.
