Product Description

・Y-170 Sonata Music is an indispensable part of my creative process. I've loved music since I was a child and was always interested in playing instruments. Although I never formally studied it, after becoming an adult, I began learning the violin on my own. Starting the violin as an adult has been incredibly rewarding, and I've dedicated myself to it. The violin, with its elegant form and mysterious timbre, produces beautiful sounds, yet it is also a demanding instrument. In Israel, known as the "land of strings," it's believed that to master the violin, one must have played in a past life. Many say you need to start at age three; it's often thought that starting as an adult won't lead to the longed-for mastery. While I enjoy playing, I've also discovered the pleasure of appreciating music. In Sapporo, the PMF Music Festival is held every July. During that month, I would visit the concert hall several times a week, sometimes even getting to listen up close to the principal players of the Vienna Philharmonic. It was a whole month immersed in music—looking back, those were truly luxurious days! Although I've attended many orchestral performances, my favorite remains the solo recital. My most cherished piece is Brahms' Violin Sonata. I hope to one day be able to play that sonata myself. My beloved sonata, with its miraculously beautiful melodies, inspires me with the creativity of geniuses. The light and pure tones of the violin and piano intertwine and resonate together. This design is subtle and understated, yet it has become one of my recent favorites.
