Take National Highway No. 1 at the "Taoyuan" Interchange and turn to National Highway No. 2 (eastward), then get off at the Danan Interchange (in the direction of Yingge), then turn right along Fude 1st Road and then Yingtao Road, until you reach Jianguo Road (see "Go to the Station") station) and turn right.

**[Instructions before class]**
● In order to ensure the smoothness and quality of teaching, please arrive at the class site in advance. If you are late for 20 minutes, you will not be able to enter and will not be refunded.
● The course does not accept unregistered persons to accompany or co-create.
● If the course is postponed due to personal factors, a fee of RMB 100 per hour will be charged.
● If you need to register on the same day, please register on site.
**[Instructions after class]**
● After the work is completed on that day, the factory will glaze and kiln it for you.
● The work may undergo changes and small cracks due to the production process, firing, etc. This is normal.
● After the baking is completed, you will be notified whether to pick it up or send it. If you choose to send it, a shipping fee of $200 will be charged on site.
● The production time of finished products includes about 20 working days including shipping or factory pick-up.
**【Change and Refund Rules】**
● If you need to cancel 5 days before the course start date, a full refund will be issued.
● If you need to cancel or change the class time 3-5 days before the class start date, a 20% handling fee will be charged.
● If you need to cancel within 2 days before the start of the course, no refund will be given, or a 30% handling fee will be charged for changing the class time. The place can be transferred to another person and informed in advance.
● Due to force majeure and less than 3 people, the class cannot start. We will notify you before departure to reschedule or fully refund the fee. Xintaiyuan reserves the right to postpone or refund.
