Based on the classic Monk strap silhouette, these shoes blend the confident yet graceful style of the modern urban woman, reimagining the possibilities of the Monk shoe. The creative inspiration stems from Alicia Florrick, the protagonist of the American drama series - The Good Wife. Returning to the workforce in her middle age, she was forced to grow and adapt, struggling with her own moral compass, ultimately breaking through one challenge after another. Thus, we boldly incorporated a slit across the main body of the shoe, symbolizing the modern urban woman's courage to shatter traditional constraints. The three-dimensional upper, which covers this slit, is designed to depict the armor of an urban woman, as if to say: I will stride forward, and what doesn't break me only makes me stronger.
