1. Upon ordering, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your engraving details.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and seat availability.
4. As materials are prepared after order placement and payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio can provide a unified receipt. If you require an invoice with a company's VAT number, please provide the company name and VAT number in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of a class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
