. Lecturers and students are required to wear masks to participate in the whole process. If they are not wearing masks, they will not be allowed to enter.
. The real-name registration system is adopted everywhere. Before entering the venue, all personnel need to measure their body temperature, and they can only enter the venue if it does not exceed 37.5 degrees and has completed alcohol disinfection.
. Alcohol is used before and after activities, and frequent contact points such as utensils, doorknobs, and tabletops are strengthened.

▶ Ticketing Rules
・If you are unable to attend after the payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and all fees incurred at 30% of the ticket price will be charged. Since the designer has to prepare materials ten days before the event, refunds and exchanges will not be accepted within ten days from the day before the event.
**. After purchasing the ticket, the letter from the Knock Gold Trade Union will provide a proof of successful ticket purchase, and no physical ticket will be sent**
**. On the day of the event, please go to the registration office to show the successful registration notification letter or order to enter.**
**. If the ticket is refunded due to the consumer's personal factors, a 30% handling fee will be charged.**
. If the cancellation is notified 10 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), the money will be refunded after deducting the handling fee. The handling fee varies according to the payment method.
. Cancellations will not be accepted between 10 days and the same day before the departure date, and no refund will be made.
. It is recommended that if you need to cancel within 10 days before departure, the quota can be transferred. But please be sure to let us know the name and contact information of the proxy participant.
. Please change the time slot 7 days in advance. If it is not earlier, it may not be possible to provide a replacement time slot. Changing on the same day is regarded as giving up the course.
. The replacement period can be replaced based on the store's specifications.
. In case of force majeure factors such as natural disasters, Knockout Metalwork will take the initiative to contact for an extension or refund.
. If the participation in the activity is suspended due to factors that cannot be held accountable, no refund will be made.
. In case of a typhoon, the class suspension standard announced by the event venue will be the class start and refund standard, regardless of the location of the participants.
