Current orders require 20 working days for production (excluding weekends and public holidays).
For urgent orders, please allow approximately 3 working days for completion with shipping on the 4th day.
An additional fee of NT$250 applies to urgent orders.

Each character beyond the 7th will incur an additional NT$10 embossing fee.
Custom design files are also welcome.
Our artisans will personally hand-carve, dye, and stitch your chosen design.
