Our vegan *dansa* (crispy crackers) are meticulously prepared by master confectioners with decades of experience and handmade right here in Hong Kong. Typically, *dansa* and other Lunar New Year snacks achieve their crispiness with lard or animal fats. However, our unique vegan recipe and artisanal craftsmanship ensure a rich, savory flavor without any added lard or animal fats, making them an indispensable delight for the New Year. Due to overwhelming demand last year, we've asked our masters to prepare an additional batch this year. The first round will be dispatched at the end of January, so friends sending gifts abroad should order soon. Other orders will be shipped sequentially by February 13th, available while supplies last!
As our products contain no added preservatives, we package all our Lunar New Year treats with desiccants and oxygen absorbers to maximize their freshness. This year, we've opted for sturdy barrel packaging for enhanced protection.
