This is a common method used by major brands. A plastic sticker with specifications is attached to seal the processed hole. Some brands add an extra piece at the bottom to hide the hole, but this increases weight. The bottom sticker is adhered, and its detachment after use does not affect normal functionality. - The double-layer inner and outer cup lids are designed for good antibacterial properties and are sintered at high temperatures. To prevent deformation, there is a small hole that is not easily visible to the naked eye. Do not soak them for cleaning to avoid water ingress. - The color of the thermos bottle exterior is the inherent color of pure titanium, with no coating. The color depth may vary slightly between batches; color differences are normal phenomena of this manufacturing process. - Ensure the lid is tightly closed during use to maintain a good seal and prevent leakage or burns. - Avoid exposing the thermos bottle to extreme high or low temperatures. - Do not place the product where infants or young children can reach it, to prevent accidents from dropping or burns. - When the thermos bottle contains hot liquids, drink with caution to avoid burns. - Do not fill the beverage beyond the recommended maximum capacity. To prevent mold, regular replacement is recommended. **Safety Manufacturing Issues That Cannot Be Overcome:** - The inner liner is high-temperature sintered under vacuum. There may be small gray spots where the sintering is incomplete, revealing the original titanium color, or brown spots that appear after washing. These are normal phenomena after high-temperature processing of pure titanium and are not defects. - The common method for stainless steel inner liners is electrolytic polishing, which is very bright and uniform and can eliminate small scratches from processing. However, we do not use this method. Without electrolytic processing, minor processing scratches may remain. - The color of the bottle body is the inherent color of titanium, not a coating. It cannot be as uniform as a coating. Minor color differences or small scratches from the processing process, which are not masked by a coating, are not defects. - The cup mouth is laser welded, fusing titanium to titanium without any solder.
