Important Notes: ・This section is for booking the handicraft course. ・If you are unable to attend after payment or need to reschedule, please contact us at least 3 days in advance to arrange a new time. ・Rescheduling is limited to sessions within the next 2 months. If you cannot find a suitable time, please opt for a refund. ・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and account holder name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. ・As instructors prepare materials and venue arrangements in advance, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted on the day of the class. Participants who do not show up will forfeit their fee. ・In case of force majeure (e.g., typhoons, heavy rain) or official announcements of public closures, we will proactively notify all participants regarding rescheduling, transfer, or full refund options. ・To ensure fairness to other participants, arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture of the session, with no refund or rescheduling available. ・To ensure fairness to other participants, please arrive on time for your session. ・A pre-class notification will be sent 2-3 days before the course. Please ensure your email and contact information are correct to avoid missing the notification. If you do not receive the notification, it may be due to spam filters; please proceed to the venue as scheduled, as we will not provide additional phone reminders. ・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Companions without tickets are not allowed to enter or join the session to ensure the rights of other participants. ・If the minimum number of participants (6 people) is not met three days before the scheduled session, Chuanchuan Handmade Accessories reserves the right to cancel the session. Participants will be notified to reschedule or receive a full refund. ・To ensure a smooth session, please refrain from eating during the course. ・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. ・During the course, the organizers may conduct photography and videography as needed, which will be uploaded to Chuanchuan Handmade Accessories' social media after the session. The organizers may use photos and videos containing your likeness for event recaps or other promotional purposes. ・If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform the instructor during the class, and we will take special care.
