If there are any discrepancies or new product defects caused during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will assist you with returns, exchanges, or repairs (for custom items). Please ship the original item back within 5 days of contact, along with the original packaging. Failure to return within the specified period will be considered an automatic waiver of return and exchange rights. Please maintain the completeness of the product. The item must be in 'brand new, unused condition,' and the packaging must be fully intact.
