Within Japan, we use Click Post (with tracking, but no insurance). Delivery is typically 2-4 days after shipping, placed in your mailbox. While we pack items carefully to prevent damage, please contact us if any issues arise upon arrival. For orders totaling ¥20,000 or more (including tax), shipping will be upgraded to a tracked and insured service at our discretion. <Gift Wrapping> Complimentary simple gift wrapping is available.
