Custom Pet Wool Felt - Realistic Cat & Dog Figurines

--------Please Read Carefully-------- ■ Customization Process: ◌ Please do not place an order directly. ◌ The wool felt product pages are for display purposes only and offer custom services, not physical items for sale. The listed prices are not the actual prices. ◌ Please contact us via private message with photos of the pet you wish to customize. We will provide a quote after confirmation. ◌ Due to a high volume of current orders, please be prepared for a waiting period of several months for scheduling. ◌ A 50% deposit is required. We will create a deposit listing for you to place your order. Once the order is placed, your spot in the queue is confirmed. ◌ The remaining balance will be due after we send you confirmation photos of the completed piece. Once you approve, you can place an order for the final payment on your dedicated listing. ◌ Changes to facial expressions or poses cannot be made one month before the start of production. Therefore, please ensure your requests are finalized. Any customization needs must be communicated at the beginning. ◌ For customization, please provide photos from all angles: front, back, left, right, top, and bottom. Photos should be taken in natural light without filters to avoid color discrepancies. Providing more photos is always helpful for reference during the creation process. ◌ If you have insufficient photos, consider a framed piece, which only requires a front-facing photo. If you still prefer a full-body figurine, please message us to discuss alternative solutions for different situations. ◌ During the creation process, we may need to contact you for clarification on specific details. Please ensure you are reachable. ◌ Upon completion, we will send you photos of the finished piece from various angles for your confirmation. Minor adjustments to patterns and details can be made upon request. However, we cannot modify the fur color or eye color, as colors may appear slightly different due to lighting conditions. ◌ Free repairs are limited to 5 instances. Subsequent repairs will incur a fee. ◌ Once confirmed, the item will be carefully packaged and shipped. (We will confirm with you before sealing the package, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted after shipping). ■ Specifications: ◌ Full body (dog/cat): Available in two sizes (approx. 15cm or 20cm length from nose to tail). Please message us for specifications for other types of pets. ◌ Full body (small pets like hamsters): Approx. 10cm length (nose to tail). ◌ Framed pieces: Available in two sizes - half body (4x6 frame) and headshot (3.5x3.5 frame). The head size for dogs/cats is approximately 8-9cm wide. ■ Additional Information: ⌑ For full-body pieces, you can provide your pet's fur, ashes, or whiskers to be incorporated into the figurine. The fur or ashes will be enclosed within the body using wool (multi-colored mini glass bottles are also available for purchase). If you wish to embed real fur onto the surface of the piece, we have methods to handle different types of fur. Please message us for details. Whiskers can be embedded onto the face of the figurine. ⌑ We strive to create the best possible representation of each pet, and this process requires significant time. Depending on the complexity, creation typically takes 2-4 weeks. Your patience is appreciated for the highest quality result. ⌑ As this is a labor of love, cancellations or refunds are not possible once production has begun. ⌑ As each piece is purely handmade, a 100% perfect replica is not possible, and there will be some degree of difference. Please refer to our past works for style examples and only proceed with ordering if you are comfortable with this. ⌑ Actual dimensions may vary by +/- 1-2cm. Minor variations in color and size are inherent in handmade items. If you are a perfectionist regarding product quality, please refrain from ordering. We appreciate your understanding! ⌑ If surface fuzz or pilling occurs due to friction, simply trim it with small scissors. This will not affect the appearance of the wool felt. Please avoid friction, pulling, or allowing your cat to scratch it. ⌑ Photos of completed works may be publicly displayed on our social media pages (e.g., Facebook, Instagram). ⌑ The wooden base and dried flowers shown in the display photos are not included with the actual product. ⌑ Optional add-ons are available: collars with engraved name tags, glass domes, or acrylic boxes with dried floral arrangements.
