*Please first email our designer to discuss the repair situation. Our designer will assess if it can be repaired before you place your order. The basic fee for earring post repair (replacement of broken posts) starts at $180. This fee covers the cost of materials for a new pair of earring posts, labor, and one-way shipping. It does not include return shipping after the repair. When placing your order, please follow the standard shopping process and select your preferred payment and delivery methods. Upon receiving your repair order, we will message you a 7-11 shipping code. Please package the earrings to be repaired securely, take them to a 7-11 store, print the shipping label using the code, and then mail them to us (shipping is free when using this code). *To print the 7-11 shipping label: At a 7-11 ibon machine, select "Code Input" on the top left of the screen. *Please ensure you use protective packaging materials to prevent damage, and make the package slightly larger to minimize the risk of loss.
